amazing experience near plaza mayor!
perfect location spacious room convenient fridge handy desk
i loved the location! everything was within walking distance! i extended my stay because it was so easy to reach the main attractions and transport hubs, that was fantastic. the room was spacious. the fridge and desk were super convenient, too!
the breakfast was somewhat limited. i wished for more options!

the breakfast included traditional spanish options along with familiar hotel fare. fresh squeezed orange juice tasted delicious. there was also a good selection suitable for vegetarians, and that's always a plus for me.

my suite featured comfy beds. the modern design added a cool touch. amenities included slippers, robes, and toiletries. it was nice to have a double balcony with great views.

The location was convenient, just a short walk from several points of interest and restaurants.
The gym is small, providing very little equipment (I had hoped for a better workout space). Getting a day pass at an outside gym became necessary.

the location proved very convenient to main attractions. the breakfast offered a large variety of choices each morning. i appreciated the cleanliness maintained throughout the room.
the gym was quite small, with limited equipment available for workouts. i found that wi-fi connectivity in the room was unstable at times. there were no complimentary slippers provided, which would have been a nice touch.

great kindness breakfast variety
the staff showed great kindness. jaime assisted with transport arrangements for our group of eleven. breakfast offered a nice variety..
wifi was inconsistent in the room. connection interruptions made work calls difficult. the downstairs lounge area also proved noisy.

clean sheets helpful staff excellent location small gym weak wifi unavailable slippers
the location was excellent for exploring local attractions. the sheets were crisp and clean . i found the staff to be helpful with directions.
the gym was quite small i noticed. it limited workout options considerably. i found no slippers were available in the room. the wifi signal was weak at times.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. the breakfast was very good. I especially enjoyed the variety of options. the location was convenient, with easy access to many attractions.
The wi-fi was inconsistent. Sometimes it worked, sometimes it didn't. the gym was quite small, and had limited equipment. the room lacked a coffee machine, which would have been convenient.
